These terms cover the Greenroom app at app.teamgreenroom.com, run by Green Room Productions, based in Austin, Texas (“we”). By signing in, you agree to them.

What Greenroom does

Greenroom shows you analytics from the Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook accounts you connect, and lets you publish a media kit. It reads your numbers; it never posts, comments, messages or changes anything on your accounts.

Your account

• Only connect accounts that you own or are allowed to manage.
• Keep your Google sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your Greenroom account.
• You can disconnect a platform or delete your account at any time from Connections.

Your content

Your posts, numbers and media kit stay yours. You let us store and display them so Greenroom can work, including to anyone you share a published media kit with. What you put in your media kit must be accurate and must not infringe anyone else’s rights.

The platforms

Greenroom relies on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, which can change or limit what they share at any time. Their own terms still apply to your accounts. Greenroom uses YouTube API Services, so by connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Fair use

Don’t try to break, overload or get around Greenroom’s security, access other people’s data, or use Greenroom for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

No guarantees

Greenroom is provided as is. We work to keep the numbers accurate and the app running, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or match each platform’s own figures exactly. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Greenroom in the past twelve months.

Changes

We may update Greenroom and these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
